Meet Lauren Forbes

Getting to the heart of issues and finding resolutions is one of Lauren’s trademark styles. Her clients say she is a “jewel”, “tenacious, helpful, smart and creative”, “focussed”, “brilliant negotiator, and that the "biggest differentiating factor between Lauren and other brokers is her ability to get things done.” Hard work and a J.D. from Loyola Law School certainly put her in the top 1%. Maybe it’s magic.

But, it’s not. What puts Lauren in the top 1% of the top 1% is her consistent hard work, authenticity and integrity. Although she does extremely high volume, she is accessible to her clients and is normally the one who reaches out first making her clients feel like they are the top 1% of the top 1%. Lauren is extremely well-versed in the contractual elements of the transactions and has a giant network of support to make things happen where others fall short.

Lauren is on the boards of several charities and is committed to making a difference whenever and wherever she can. She has spoken and numerous top producer panels and given motivational speeches to large groups of realtors and to those considering getting into the profession. She loves hot yoga, running and meditation. Spending time with her two teenagers brings joy and excitement to her life.

"Having been a client of Lauren’s on multiple occasions I can attest that she has always been diligent, responsive, thoughtful and trustworthy. I have recommended her to others who have all had very positive experiences. "

- David & Lisa Wehrly

"Lauren represented both sides in our transaction. Her training as an attorney as well as her deep real experience made the transaction go extremely smoothly. She stuck with the transaction and kept both buyer and seller talking despite a turbulent market. Her even kneeled nature led to a successful transaction for both parties."
